The Safety Guard communication unit is inten-
ded to reduce risks through an automatic re-
duction in the driving speed in defined areas
and through truck-to-truck warnings.
NOTE
The communication unit does not provide
warnings about people approaching with a
portable warning unit.
The communication unit responds to the fol-
lowing components:
Static warning unit

Safety Guard zone radio module
●
Safety Guard communication unit or Safety
●
Guard display unit with truck-to-truck sensor

The communication unit from 10/2019 is no
longer fitted in the view of the driver.
