Checking the charge state of the
mobile warning unit
The mobile warning unit must be charged be-
fore use.
 Switch on the mobile warning unit.
A short signal tone must be audible and the
device must vibrate.
LED (1) continually flashes in green.
 If the LED flashes red, charge the mobile
warning unit.
Checking the function of the mobile
warning unit
Before the start of work, the mobile warning
unit must be checked to ensure that it func-
tions correctly.
 Switch on the mobile warning unit and at-
tach the unit to your clothing.
 Switch on an industrial truck equipped with
the Safety Guard display unit.
The Safety Guard display unit switches on.
 With the mobile warning unit attached to
your clothing, step into the expanded warn-
ing area of the industrial truck.
