PART E – SERVICE AND WARRANTY
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the trophon EPR, trophon Printer or
disinfectant supplies, contact your Nanosonics representative.
The trophon EPR and trophon Printer has a comprehensive warranty against defects in
material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.
Please ask your Nanosonics customer service representative for details about your trophon
Printer warranty.
A warranty registration form is enclosed within this manual. Complete the warranty
registration form including the date at the time of initial set-up and return to your customer
service representative. If you have not received a warranty registration form or would like to
obtain further information about post warranty contracts please contact your Nanosonics
representative immediately.
Service Schedule: To ensure correct operation, the trophon EPR must be serviced by
authorised service personnel only. Service Schedule is every 12 months or at every 5000
cycles; this will be indicated by the device by displaying the screen message: DEVICE
SERVICE DUE prior to commencing a disinfection cycle. This message will be displayed weekly
on the screen until a service is performed. Service intervals can also be accessed via the
system information, located in the trophon EPR LCD menu. When required, a disinfection
history log can be downloaded from your trophon EPR device and printed via trophon
Connect software or provided by your service centre. Contact your Nanosonics
representative to obtain a print out for your records.
NOTE: Unauthorised modification to the trophon EPR or service by someone other than
authorised service personnel will void your warranty.
