Do not install the machine in an area were pressured water may be used.
Install the machine horizontally.
Install the machine in locations where its use and maintenance is restricted
to trained personnel.
This machine is prepared to work with maximum water pressure of 0,6 MPa
(6 bar) and minimum water pressure of 0,1 MPa (1 bar).
Never use the machine without water.
Do not wash the machine with pressurized water.
- Clean the machine after a work day, using neutral detergent and water.
- NEVER use alcohol or ammonia based detergents.
- Keep water as clean as possible, using fi lters and water purifi ers.
- This machine must not be installed in kitchens or on the outside.
2.2 INTENDED USE/RESPONSIBILITIES
This espresso coffee machine is an equipment made for distribution of steam/
hot water for the professional preparation of coffee based beverages or to
obtain hot water and/or steam.
Its components, made in non-toxic and long lasting materials, are easily acces-
sible for an appropriate cleaning and maintenance.
The user/installer must respect safety regulation that is in place in the country
were the equipment is installed, besides the general rules, and make sure that
the periodic maintenance operations are done correctly and timely.
The installer technician responsible for setting up the equipment, the user and
the technician responsible for the maintenance, have the duty to inform the
manufacturer about possible defects or excessive wear that may compromise
safety.
The installer technician responsible for setting up the equipment has the duty
to verify if the correct environmental conditions are obtained in order to as-
sure the conditions of safety and hygiene of the users.
The responsibilities regarding the different components used in the assembly
of the machine, concern the manufacturers themselves; the responsibilities of
the authorized users concern the owner of the machine.
