Place the side rail on the frame close to the front bed end.

Lower the side rail onto the front leg attachment and tighten
with the knob.
7. Repeat the steps for all brackets on both side rails.
IMPORTANT!
Risk of squeezing or getting stuck
– The distance between the side rail and the bed end
must be smaller than 6 cm.
IMPORTANT!
Make sure the side rail is properly locked.
– Verify that the locking pins are in place and that the
knobs are properly tightened.
4 Usage

4.1 Operating the side rail

WARNING!
Never leave the user unattended in the bed with
the side rail down
– Always make sure the side rail is in its highest position
and properly locked while leaving the user unattended.
Always stand in the middle of the side rail, when moving it up
and down, to ensure that both sides move at the same time.
Move the side rail up
1. Lift the side rail up until the locking pin is securely pushed into a
housing with an audible click.
2. Make sure the locking pin is securely pushed into a housing.
3. Try moving the side rail up-/downwards to make sure it is
properly locked.

Move the side rail down
1.
Pull out the locking pins on both sides and push the side rail
down, slowly.
Make sure the side rail moves down with the same speed in
both sides. If not, the side rail can get stuck. To unlock it; pull
it slightly upwards and then push it slowly down again.
WARNING!
Risk of squeezing
There is a risk of getting trapped between the extended
tubes on the side rail B and the floor or getting squeezed
while moving the side rail up and/or down.
– Be careful while lowering the side rail.
5 Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
•
Side rails and bed ends should be washed down using a wet
sponge, cloth or brush.
•
Use ordinary household cleaning agents. Never use acids,
alkalines or solvents such as acetone or cellulose thinner.

5.2 Waste disposal

Please be environmentally responsible and recycle this product
through your recycling facility at its end of life.
Waste disposal must comply with the laws and regulations pertaining
waste handling in each country.
