WARNINGS! SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This description will help you to assemble and use the trampoline safely as well as to
store it properly.
• The trampoline must be used only on level, firm ground. On grass or other soft ground,
there is a risk of the feet subsiding. If you are exercising in interior rooms, make sure
that you have ample space around you so that you will not bump into furnishings while
exercising. In particular, make sure that you have sufficient clearance to the ceiling or
lamps. Insufficient clearance may result in dangerous head injuries.
• The trampoline may be used anywhere as long as it is placed on a level surface and
the room is high enough. Make sure that no angular or sharp objects are in the vicinity
of the trampoline.
• It is important to have adequate light when you are using the trampoline so that you
can easily see the middle of the mat. Do not jump on the suspension element.
• Always jump in the middle of the mat.
• Your trampoline's base feet are equipped with non-slip rubber feet. Like any rubber
material, the feet may leave marks. It is therefore wise to place a protective covering
on floors susceptible to damage from such marks.
• Make sure that the trampoline is in technically perfect condition. Do not use it if you
notice any defects. See to it that defective parts are repaired immediately. Do not
modify the trampoline technically in any way. Tighten all bolts in particular from time
to time.
• Warning! This fitness trampoline is not a toy. Children should always be supervised by
an adult when using the trampoline.
• The trampoline should only be used by one person at a time.
• Maximum user weight has been mentioned in the Technical Specifications.
• It is advisable to be barefoot when using the trampoline. We recommend that you
avoid wearing socks because they might cause you to slip on the mat surface. If you
prefer to wear shoes, they should have soft rubber and should not have heels. Make
sure that the shoes have no sharp edges or points that might damage the mat.
• Caution! Under no circumstances should high-jumping exercises, somersaults or
other acrobatic feats be performed on the trampoline. Never jump off the trampoline
onto the ground!
• Never place the trampoline on a concrete floor. Place mattresses and blankets around
the trampoline, in order to cushion a possible fall, in case the floor is too hard.
• Ensure a free space of 2 m around the trampoline's diameter.
• The height of the clearance above the user has to at least amount to 1 m.
• The trampoline shall constantly be monitored for its suitability for use, for example,
with regard to the permissible wear and tear of the wearing parts.
Wearing parts are:
- Twin-Strings
- jumping mat including fastening clips with hooks
• With daily training we recommend changing the Twin-Strings after 6 months. With
weekly training, they should be replaced after a year at the latest. In any case, replace
them immediately if you feel that you can touch the ground when jumping
• With regular outdoor use, the jumping mat should be changed like the Twin-Strings. If
it is exclusively used indoors, replace it after 3 years.
• Be aware of the fact that a trampoline's connecting springs can generate tremendous
elasticity and propel the person on the mat to surprising heights and cause the body
to move in a variety of extreme and unusual directions. Use the trampoline only if you
are physically fit. In case of a doubt, consult a doctor before using the product.
• Improper or excessive training could damage your health.
All images are examples of the design.
• When getting on the trampoline, do not step on the trampoline frame – danger of tip
over!
MOVEMENT RULES FOR YOUR SAFETY DURING EXERCISES WITH THE HANDRAIL
• Never lean your upper body back!
• For exercises with the handrail, never lean on it with your weight forward.
• Never pull the handrail backwards.
• Never keep a tight hold around the handrail.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the preassembled jump element (1) from the packaging. The jump element
consists of jumping mat including fastening clips with hooks, twin-strings and frame.
2. Put the rubber bases (3) on the supporting legs (2). (ill. 1)
3. Turn the legs (2) tightly on the threaded connectors (ill. 1).
4. Check the twin-strings occasionally and make sure that the supporting legs are firmly
in place (2).
MOUNTING OF THE HOLDING ROD
There is a hole for attaching the lower holding rod (5), on one of the trampoline frame
footrests. You should as a first step remove the rubber stopper (3) from the foothold (2)
at this point. There is a sleeve with 3 grub screws, at the lower end of the lower holding
rod (5). Loosen the grub screws. Slip the sleeves over the free foothold. Screw the lower
holding rod (5) through the envisaged drill hole to the frame. Proceed as illustrated in
figure 3. Now tighten the 3 grub screws firmly again. Insert the rubber feet (3) again onto
the foothold (2). Loosen the clamp (10) on the lower holding rod (5) and then insert the
upper part of the holding rod (4) in the lower part (5). The handle can be locked-in at 3
heights. Select the desired height and ensure that the push button securely clicks into
place. Then tighten the screw of the clamp (10) firmly again.
SETTING THE SUSPENSION
The spring stiffness of the trampoline can be seamlessly adapted to the body weight
of the jumper or the desired training goal. There are mounting clips on the jumping mat
that are in each case provided with two hooks on both sides. Different degrees of spring
stiffness can be achieved depending on which of the two hooks, one spans the individual
twin-strings, on a given side. The closer you attach the twin-strings on to the jumping
mat, the stiffer you can set the suspension. You can select for all twin-strings in each
case, the first hook or the second hook on a given side. You should however not mix the
types of suspension, in order not to provide for a large degree of variation in the burdening
of the twin-strings. Lead the twin-strings outgoing from a fastening clip to the next fa-
stening clip, with both in each case always either above or both below the frame (Fig. 2).
