1.- Additional safety rules
1. When carrying out work where the cutting tool may
contact hidden cables or its own cable, hold the tool by
its isolated surfaces. Contact with a cable with electric
current will cause electric current to circulate through
the exposed metal parts of the tool and may
electrocute the operator.
2. Protect your ears when working for prolonged periods.
3. Handle these drills with much care.
4. Before operation, check carefully if there are cracks or
damages in the drill. Replace the drill immediately of
damaged or cracked.
5. Do not cut nails. Before operation, check the work
piece to see if it has nails and extract them if present.
6. Hold the tool firmly.
7. Keep your hands distant from the rotating pieces.
8. Make sure that the drill is not in contact with the work
piece before connecting the switch.
9. Before using the drill on a work piece, keep it running
for a while. Watch if there are vibrations or howls that
may be indicative of that the drill is placed incorrectly.
10.Be careful with the direction of rotation of the drill and
with the direction of the forward movement.
11. Do not leave the tool running. Operate the tool only
when you have it in your hands.
12.Before extracting the tool out of the work piece, always
disconnect it and wait until the drill stand still
completely.
13.Do not touch the drill immediately after operation
because it may be very hot and you may burn yourself.
14.Always extend the power cable backwards and spaced
away from the tool.
15.Do not soil the tool's base with solvent, gasoline, oil or
similar products. They may cause cracks in the base of
the tool.
16.Pay attention to the need of using drills having a correct
and adequate peg diameter for the tool speed.

Information on noise and vibrations
Measurement values determined according to
EN 60745 (plywood).
The typical level of sonic pressure of the apparatus as
determined with an A-filter is: Sonic pressure level 89
dB(A); acoustic power level 100 dB(A). Tolerance K=3 dB.
Use hearing protector!
Total vibration level (vector sum of three directions)
determined according to EN 60745: Value of generated

generated vibrations stated in these instructions has been
determined in accordance with the measurement
procedure established in Standard EN 60745 and may

serve as a basis for a comparison with other electric tools. It
is also suitable for to provisionally estimate the stress
experienced due to the vibrations. The level of vibrations
stated has been determined for the main applications of the
electric tool. Therefore, the level of vibrations may be
different if the electric tool is used for other applications with
different implements, or if the servicing thereof were
deficient. This may entail a drastic increase of stress due to
vibrations during the total working time. To exactly
determine the stress experienced due to vibrations, it is
necessary to also consider those times during which the
apparatus is disconnected or is running but without being
really used. This may entail a drastic decrease of the stress
due to vibrations during the total working time.
Establish one of the additional safety measures to protect
the used from the effects of vibrations, as for example:
Servicing the electric tool and the implements, keep the
hands warm, organization of the working sequences.
3.- ILLUSTRATED DESCRIPTION OF
THE FUNCTIONS
USE OF THE MACHINE
This machine is designed for cutting different wooden
profiles as, for example, decoration in one rail for grooves,
windows, wooden frames, etc. There is a large variety of
cutters for achieving different profiles. Some cutters are
excessively large to allow extraction of dust for fitting. In
those cases it is especially important to use protecting
masks as breathing the dusts may cause respiratory
diseases.
