Pressure relief valve (1, Fig. A/1), located on the outside tank, set at 11 bar.
This valve is activated every time the pressure inside the tank tends to exceed 11 bar.
Two-handed safety device (1-2, Fig. A/2) with additional manual safety valve (3, Fig
A/2). They only allow the air jet to be emitted with all three enabling signals present.
WARNING: Removing or tampering with the safety devices is in
violation of European safety regulations and relieves the
manufacturer from all liability for damage caused by or related to
such actions.
The TIX device is supplied packed in a cardboard box.
The dimensions of the packaging are 700 x 550 x 400 mm (height) mm.
The weight of the device in its packaging is 17 kg.
The device must be handled with the aid of suitable equipment.
After unpacking, make sure that the device is intact by checking for visibly damaged parts.
Packaging parts must not be left in reach of children since they are potential hazards.
N.B.: Keep the packaging in case the equipment has to be transported in the future.
WARNING!
The TIX device can only be installed on tyre changers with FPI pedal inflator device.
WARNING!
The TIX device must only be installed by staff with the appropriate technical qualifications.
Before carrying out any installation procedures, check that the tyre changer is disconnected from all power
sources.
