TC 410 tyre changer is equipped with a pneumatic built-in safety valve.
This valve prevents pressure coming from inflating gauges, or other inflating devices connected to the tyre changer, to exceed 3.5 bar.
WARNING: Removing or tampering with the safety devices is in violation of European safety regulations and relieves
the manufacturer from all liability for damage caused by or related to such actions.
The machine is delivered in a carton box with pallet.
Shipping weight is 370 kg.
The machine must be handled with a fork-lift truck with the forks positioned as shown in
the figure B.
Position the tyre changer, still in its packing, in the chosen installation site.
Remember that:
1- The machine's workplace requirements are 1520 mm wide x 1480 mm depth with at least 500 mm of clear space from any wall.
2- The floor must be solid, level and able to bear the weight of the machine without yielding.
3- The installation site must be equipped with an electrical system with an efficient grounding circuit and automatic differential circuit-
breaker with 30 mA setting.
4- The installation site must be equipped with a connection to a compressed air network with an operating pressure of at least 8 bar.
1 - Remove the tyre changer from the packing and check to make sure that the machine is in a perfect condition. Make sure that there are
no visibly damaged parts.
2 - Remove all the screws that fix the machine to the pallet, using a N° 13 setscrew wrench.
3 - Slide the tyre changer sideways from the pallet with the greatest care.
N.B.: Keep the packing material out of the reach of children as it can be a source of danger.
Take the packing materials to an appropriate solid waste disposal pick up point if they are polluting or non-biodegradable.
