Remove water and flour from the outer surfaces of the
mold.
4. Place the mold into the bread maker, carefully inserting
it into the baking chamber. Turn it clockwise until it stops,
to lock it.
5. Carefully close the lid of the bread maker. Plug it in.

SETTING THE DELAYED START
1. Set the timer to the time after which you would like
to have bread prepared from the starting time of the
program up to 13 hours with 10-minute intervals.

button 2 times. First press – confirms the set,
the second – starts the program, after a minute time will
be displayed, reduced by one minute, and countdown
begins.

ADDING INGREDIENTS
Adding ingredients is possible in BASIC, QUICK, DIET,
FRENCH, KULICH, DOUGH programs.
Since the first kneading in bread maker is very strong,
gentle ingredients such as raisins, olives, nuts, can
completely shatter, so they should be added into the dough
later, during the second kneading. A sound signal will
alert you when you must do this.
Useful rules.
• Dried fruits must be cut into cubes, 5mm approximately.
• To avoid additive sticking to mold, sprinkle them with
flour.
• Wet ingredients must be measured according to recipe,
not to disturb the amount of moisture in the dough.
• Big hard seed may scratch the mold. It is better to grind
them and add at the beginning.

• If you are using delayed start, it is better to put additives
at the beginning with the flour.
• During the second kneading, you will hear a sounds
signal, which suggests that in this moment, you can
add additional ingredients. Kneading process is not
interrupted, so be careful. Open the lid and pour the
ingredients into the mold of the bread maker. Close
the lid. Try to open the lid for the shortest period, to
not affect the temperature in the bread maker.
PREPARING DOUGH
1. At the beginning, choose a recipe from the recipe book
and place all the ingredients into the mold with dough
spatula. Place the mold into the bread maker and close
the lid.
2. Select one of the programs: DOUGH / PIZZA / PASTA
with
.button.
3. Press
4. Display will show time, required for program
completion. Bread maker begins to knead dough.
Addition of ingredients is provided only in the DOUGH
program with additives.

5. After a certain time, depending on the selected
program, a sound signal will indicate the completion of
the program.
6. Dough must be removed from the mold onto a board,
floured and used as specified in the recipe.
PREPARING JAM
1. You can prepare a very tasty jam in the bread maker.
Use
button and choose JAM program.
2. To prepare jam you will need berries, sugar, and lemon
juice. You can take blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
or other berries with a thin peel. Sugar and lemon juice
add flavor and keep the color of the berries. In the
preparation process, the ingredients are heated and
mixed.
