Using the root menu
A DVD may containt the root menu. Some
titles or chapters are recorded in the root
menu.
1 Press the RETURN button while playing a
DVD disc.
The "ROOT MENU" will be shown on TV
screen for a moment, and then the root
menu appears. The contents of the menu
vary from disc to disc.
2 Use the g/t/5/b buttons to select the
title (or chapter) you want to play.
Depending on the disc, you can use the
number buttons (0~9 / +10) to select the
title (or chapter).
3 Press the ENTER button.
The player starts playing the selected
title (or chapter).
Notes
< Depending on the DVD disc, you may not
be able to enter the root menu.
< For some DVD disc, when you press the
RETURN button, the playback will restart
from the beginning of the disc.
Using the DVD menu
Some DVDs allow you to select the disc
contents using the menu. When you play
these DVDs, you can select the language for
the subtitles, the language for the sound,
etc., using the DVD menu.
1 Press the TITLE button while playing a
DVD disc.
The DVD menu appears on the TV screen.
The contents of the menu vary from disc
to disc.
2 Use the g/t/5/b buttons to select the
item you want to change.
Depending on the disc, you can use the
number buttons (0~9 / +10) to select the
item.
3 To change other items, repeat Step 2.
4 Press the ENTER button.

< you can set a preferred language for
audio and subtitle in the SETUP menu. For
details, see page 100.

Utilisation du menu de source
Un DVD peut avoir un menu de source.
Certains titres ou chapitres sont enregistrés
dans le menu de source.
1 Appuyer sur la touche RETURN durant la
lecture d'un disque DVD.
"ROOT MENU" est affiché sur l'écran
pour un instant et ensuite le menu de
source apparait. Le contenu peut varié
d'un disque à l'autre.
2 Utiliser les touches g /t /5 /b pour
choisir le titre (ou chapitre) que vous
désirez joués.
Dépendemment du disque, vous pouvez
utilisés les touches numériques (0-9/+10)
pour choisir le titre (ou chapitre).
3 Appuyer sur la touche ENTER
Le lecteur commence à jouer le titre (ou
chapitre) choisi.
Remarque
< Dépendemment du disque DVD, il est
possible que vous ne pouvez pas accéder
le menu de source.
< Pour certains disques DVD, quand vous
appuyez sur la touche RETURN, la lecture
recommencera à partir du début du
disque.
Utilisation du menu DVD
Certains DVDs vous permettent de choisir le
contenu du disque utilisant le menu. Quand
vous jouez ces DVDs, vous pouvez choisir la
langue pour les sous-titres, la langue pour le
son, etc... utilisant le menu DVD.
1 Appuyer sur la touche TITLE durant la
lecture du disque DVD.
Le menu DVD apparait sur l'écran du
téléviseur. Le contenu du menu varie d'un
disque à un autre.
2 Utiliser les touches g /t /5 /b pour
choisir l'item que vous désirez changés.
Dépendemment du disque, vous pouvez
utilisés les touches numériques (0-9/+10)
pour choisir un item.
3 Pour changer d'autre items, répéter
l'étape 2.
4 Appuyer sur la touche ENTER
Remarque
< Vous pouvez choisir une langue préférée
pour le son et sous-titre dans le menu
