Positioning unit adjustments

10 Positioning unit adjustments
The outputs of the position controller must be adjusted to the
valve functions in all special positioning unit versions. To do this,
the corresponding coding plug must be plugged into a different
socket on the position controller board.
Damage to the device caused by short circuits!
Working on the board when it is under voltage will lead to
damage to the device.
O
Only open the device when the operating voltage is not
connected.
Damage to the device caused by static discharge!
Sparks may damage the board.
O
Always wear a ground bracelet when working on the
board.

10.1 Opening the housing

The cover has to be removed to make modifications to the board
if the position controller is in a housing.
1. Loosen the four screws on the sides of the cover.
2. Pull the cover upwards.
3. Make the modifications to the position controller.
