Autoklavieren

Das Gerät ist autoklavierbar bei
121 °C (2 bar), Einwirkzeit nach
DIN t = 20 min.

Die Wirksamkeit des Autoklavierens
ist vom Anwender jeweils selbst zu
prüfen.
Für häufiges Autoklavieren wird zur
Befestigung des Ansaugrohres der
Einsatz von Ansaugventilen mit Olive
(PEEK) empfohlen ( Seite 37).
Vorbereitung vor dem
ersten Autoklavieren
Eingebauten PTFE-Ring (R) entneh-
men und durch den mitgelieferten
elastischen O-Ring aus FKM (S)
ersetzen.

Autoclaving
This instrument is autoclavable at
121 °C (250 °F), 2 bar absolute
(30 psi) for 20 minutes in accordance
with widely used guidelines. It is the
user's responsibility to ensure effective
autoclaving.
For frequent autoclaving it is recom-
mended to use filling valves with
olive-shaped nozzle (PEEK) to fix
the filling tube ( page 37).
Preparation prior to the
first autoclaving
Remove the built-in PTFE-ring (R) and
replace with the supplied elastic O-ring
(S) made of FKM.

Note:
FKM and PEEK have limited
chemical resistance!
Autoclavage
L'appareil est autoclavable à
121 °C (2 bar), temps d'action
20 min. Procéder selon les règles
correspondantes. L'efficacité de la
stérilisation en autoclave est à vérifier
par l'utilisateur lui-même.
Pour autolavage fréquente, nous re-
commandons l'utilisation des soupapes
d'aspiration avec olive (PEEK) pour
la fixation de la tube d'aspiration
( page 37).

Enlever l'anneau en PTFE (R) et le
remplacer par l'anneau elastique en
FKM (S) ci-inclus.

La résistance chemicale de FKM et
de PEEK est limitée.

El aparato es autoclavable a 121 °C

actuación. La efectividad de la
esterilización en autoclave debe ser
comprobada en cada caso por el
usuario.
Para autoclavar frecuentemente se
recomienda usar válvulas de aspira-
ción con oliva (PEEK) para la fijaión
del tubo de aspiración ( pág. 37).
Preparación antes del

Retirar el anillo en PTFE (R) instalado
y cambiarlo por el anillo-O en FKM (S)
suministrado.
