(GB) 036-351 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove
the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment / frame members.
2.
Dismount the bumper. Take care of the wires of the rear fog lamp.
3.
Remove the bumper-keeping lugs from the synthetic inside bumper (Figure 2), they will no
longer be used.
4.
Loosely fix the accessory plates (4,5) to the frame member at points „a" with the attached
bonding units in accordance with the drawing.
5.
Loosely fix the crossbar (1) to the accessory plates (4;5), in case of models from 2001-2009 to
the upper holes, in case of a model after 2009 to the lower holes (Figure 1) with the attached
bonding units in accordance with the drawing.
6.
Adjust the towing hook into mid-position, and then tighten all the screws:

7.
Remount the bumper. Use the bumper-supporting lugs on the crossbar as well.

Mount the towing ball (2) and the socket plate (3) onto the crossbar .

9.
After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.

Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját. Ha
szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
Szerelje le a lökhárítót. Vigyázzon a hátsó ködlámpa vezetékeire.
Távolítsa el a lökhárítótartó füleket a műanyag belső lökhárítóról (2. ábra), ezekre a
továbbiakban nem lesz szüksége.
Lazán rögzítse a tartozéklemezeket (4;5) az alvázgerendához az „a" furatokon a mellékelt
kötőelemekkel a rajz alapján.
Lazán rögzítse a vonóhorogtestet (1) a tartozéklemezekhez (4;5), 2001-2009 modell esetén a
felső furatokhoz, 2009 utáni modell esetén az alsó furatokhoz (1.ábra) a mellékelt
kötőelemekkel rajz alapján.
Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:

Szerelje vissza a lökhárítót. Használja a vonóhorogtesten található lökhárítótartó füleket is.
Szerelje a vonógömböt (2) és a dugaljtartó lemezt (3) a vonóhorogtestre.

Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzít ő csavarjainak feszességét
ellenőrizni kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelel ő nyomatékkal.
