2.5 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or
canned
7 ounce spinach leaves
1 large banana, peeled
3 large fresh carrots, peeled and cut
into chunks
3 cups coconut water
1. Put all ingredients into jar.
2. Insert measuring cup and close lid.
3. Press the "Smoothie" button.
Note:
Due to the high speed motor, the
friction of blade will make the
ingredients warm. It is normal. To
obtain a cool smoothie, you can add
ice cubes or frozen fruit like frozen
pineapple or frozen banana.
