If the valve system is to be converted to two separate pressure
zones, follow the steps described here.
Please note the following:
O
Turn off the system operating voltage and compressed air.
O
When mounting, ensure that all contacts are straight and
that all gaskets have been correctly inserted.

See Fig. 9 1. Remove the right end plate (7); 2 hexagon socket head
screws (8) DIN 912 M5, wrench width 4;
Tightening torque: 3.0 ... 3.5 Nm
2. Remove the subplates (5) from the tie rods (2) up to the
position where the separator should be inserted. The
valves (10), supply plates (9) or dummy plates (11) can
remain on the subplates (5).
If the multiple plug connector has already been assigned,
please ensure that the subplate sequence remains intact so
that the multiple plug connector assignment can be kept.
3. Place the separator (4) into the recess of channel 1.
4. Push the subplates (5) back onto the tie rods (2) while
ensuring that the gaskets are placed properly.
5. Remount the right end plate (7); 2 hexagon socket head
screws (8) DIN 912 M5, wrench width 4;
tightening torque: 3.0 ... 3.5 Nm
