Separate pressure zones

If the valve system is to be converted to two separate pressure
zones, follow the steps described.
Please note the following:
Turn off the system operating voltage and compressed air.
When mounting, please ensure that all contacts are straight
and that all gaskets have been properly inserted.
1. Remove the right end plate (8).
In the HF03: 2 hexagon socket head screws, DIN 912 M5,
wrench width 4.
In the HF02: 3 hexagon socket head screws, DIN 912 M6,
wrench width 5.
2. Remove the subplates (5) from the tie rods (2) up to the
position where the separator should be inserted. The
valves (11), supply plates (10) or dummy plates (12) can
remain on the subplates (5).
If the multiple plug connector has already been assigned,
please ensure that the subplate sequence remains intact so
that the multiple plug connector assignment can be kept.
3. Place the separator(s) into the recess(es) of the channel(s)
concerned (1, 3 and 5). Lightly grease the O-ring to simplify
mounting.
4. Push the subplates (5) back onto the tie rods (2) while
ensuring that the gaskets are placed properly.
5. Remount the right end plate (8).
In the HF03: 2 hexagon socket head screws, DIN 912 M5,
wrench width 4. Tightening torque: 3.0 ... 3.5 Nm.
In the HF02: 3 hexagon socket head screws, DIN 912 M6,
wrench width 5. Tightening torque: 4.5 ... 5.0 Nm.
