Before activating the unit, you must read, take note
of, and entirely follow all the indications described
in this Manual.
You must keep the unit in a safe place and one
accessible for all unit users.
The unit must be started and handled exclusively
by personnel instructed in its use and must be
employed only for the purpose for which it was
designed.
The unit in your possession belongs to the family
of units used for cleaning aerographic spray
guns, its accessories, and complements, with
water and/or water based detergent, as well as
compressed air.
Manufactured with stainless steel and constructed
in conformity with provisions found in the
directive 89/392/EEC and subsequent modifica-
tions .

3.1. EXPECTED USE

The Double 250 machine is a completely pneu-
matic system that is used for the manual washing
of parts that are dirtied with water-based or
solvent-based paint.
The Double 250 machine is intended for use by
qualified staff.
By the term "qualified", one means staff that have
been instructed and trained by the employer on
the use of the machine and the risks that this use
may incur (Art. 22, Paragraph VI, Title III of Legis-
lative Decree 626/94 on the obligation of staff
training when introducing new working systems).
In particular, the users must also be instructed
based on this user and maintenance manual and
the machine must only be used for the production
for which it is suited, as indicated in the manual.
These obligations are also required for the opera-
tors involved in the transport, installation, mainte-
nance and dismantling of the machine, each
dedicated to his own competences.
Given that this is a complex machine and its use
is only allowed by instructed and trained staff,
access to the area belonging to the system is
forbidden to those who have not received the
necessary training by the employer.

2. INTRODUCTION

It consists of the following standard features:
- Washing machine, with hoses, connections,
and spray guns to project the necessary cleaning
liquid and compressed air.
- Instruction Manual.
- Packaging.
Optional and complementary unit parts:
- SAGOLA air hoses.
- SAGOLA air Purifiers and/or Regulators.
- SAGOLA compressed air connectors and
couplings.

the adhesive labels applied to the Double 250
machine.
