Note: The maximum temperature accepted by the control is 1200 °C (others under consult). If a higher
temperature was programmed, the equipment turns
automatically to 1200°C.
14.Press the key "V", until the "V1 "Led is lit.
The second digit on the display (hundreds digit) will blink.
Repeat the steps from 6 to 10 but with the "V" button and values ("0", "1" and "5") for the first velocity,
("0", "2" and "0") for the second velocity and ("0", "0" and "5") for the third velocity
15. Press the button "V"
The three level velocities are programmed.
Note: The maximum heating velocity that the control accepts is 30°C/min (others under consult). If a
higher velocity was programmed, the equipment turns automatically to 30°C/min.
The maximum cooling velocity is the normal furnace heating loss; therefore , there isn't any device to
accelerate cooling.
PROGRAMMING THE STEADY PHASE TIME IN EACH LEVEL
16.Press the Key "P" (13) until the "P1" Led is lit
The first display digit (thousands digit) will blink.
Repeat the steps from 4 to 10 but with the "P" key and values ("0", "0", "3" and "0"),
("0", "0", "1" and "0") and ("0", "0", "1" and "5").
17.Press the "P" key.
The tree steady phase level is programmed.
Note: The permitted maximum value is 9,999 minutes (166,5 hours or 6 days and
22,5 hours) for each level.
At this stage the furnace will be programmed and ready to operate.
To initiate process, press the key S/S (6).
