3- TIMER UTILIZATION
This function is very useful when there is the need of performing the heating process without an operator.
It allows that the furnace can be programmed in advance and begin to operate effectively from the
desired time.
In order to use the timer function, it is necessary that the programming is made where the Steady Phase
temperature level 1 is slightly above the room temperature. The Steady Phase time should be
programmed at level 1 for determine the number of minutes the system will automatically enter in
heating mode.
This time can go up to 9,999 minutes. (166.5 hours or 6 days and 22.5 hours)
TEMPERATURE (°C)
LEVEL 1
T1 = 30
LEVEL 2
T2 = 1150
LEVEL 3
T3 = 100
Note 1 : Level 1 temperature higher than room temperature
Note 2: In practice, the system will operate with 1 or 2 temperature levels, being the first level reserved to
the timer.
Once programming is completed the process is started by pressing key S/S
The system will execute the cycle 1.
As T1 temperature is rapidly reached (30%), the system immediately starts the steady phase, initiating
the time counting.
After 6 hours, (360 minutes for a programming time P1), cycles 2 and 3 will be executed respectively.
