The "PROCESS" Led will lit, indicating that this process is working.
The "T1" and "V1" LED's will lit indicating the furnace starts to heat in order to reach "T1" temperature and
"V1" velocity programmed.
When it happens the "P1" Led will lit indicating that equipment is keeping the temperature during the
programmed time to the level 1.
At the end of the steady phase time in level 1, the equipment will move automatically to the second
level and so on, until the end of process when a beep will go off and the word "END" will appear
on the display.
Note: In the prosthesis furnaces, when finishing the process the equipment will keep the previous
temperature.
In order to cool it off, press the button S/S or turn off the equipment.
For other purposes the equipment will start to be cooling when finishing the process.
OBTAINING MORE OF THE EQUIPMENT
1- REUSING PREVIOUS PROGRAMMING
The data of the previous programming are kept in its memory. To retrieve it push S/S key.
Note: The program is memorized only if performed at least once.
2- VERIFYING PROGRAMMING ON MEMORY
Press desired parameter key (T, V or P)
Example: What is the programmed heating velocity at level 2?
Press key V twice until indicating V2 LED is lit. The number shown on display is the programmed velocity
at this particular level.
In order to return to the burning process, press the parameter key verified until the PROCESS LED (5) is lit.
