DECLARED USE

The drop in or buffet units hot are appliances for the temporary exposition of perishable hot foods. These machines
are not conservers. Their sole function is to maintain the exposition temperature at +30/+75°C. The duration of
exposition depends exclusively on the use of the machine.
The temperature of the warm food places inside the machine, is kept for a maximum of 4 hours.
When exposition of the food is ended, they must be removed from the machine.
For correct use of this manual, identify the
model via the specifications on the
identification plate.
The unit is identified by the following
parameters:
Serial no.
Technical data
Year of manufacture
The installation and use of the equipment must
comply plate data and information on data sheets.
