TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work
when operated using power adaptor or
cigarette lighter cable)
If the device does not work
(when battery operated)
If the device provides low mist
If the device provides no mist
The nebulizer seems inefficient
If after checking the conditions listed above the nebulizing function of the device still does not work contact your
local dealer or authorized service center for assistance.
• Check that the power adaptor plug is properly plugged in.
Check that the electrical receptacle functions by plugging
in a different device to see if it works.
• Check if the power cord and/or plug are faulty or damaged.
In this case do not use the device.
• Check the plug for connecting the cable to the 12 V DC
cigarette lighter receptacle is properly inserted and that
the fuse, found in the connection plug is not blown.
• Check that battery charging operations have been
performed correctly (see section 1.4)
• Check that the medicine is not too cold; it should be close to
room temperature.
• Check that there is at least 2ml of medicine in the nebulizer.
• When the device is in operation, do not disconnect the
power adaptor from the electrical receptacle without first
disconnecting the "L" jack of the device, as this could cause a
malfunction.
• Check for medicine in the nebulizer.
• Check that the nebulizer nozzle is not clogged.
• Check that the air inlet of the device and the accessories are
properly connected (see connection diagram in fig. 1).
• If you are using the device with the power adapter, make
sure that the device is connected to the power adaptor and
that the power adaptor is connected to the receptacle.
• Failure to clean the nebulizer from medicine deposits
compromises the efficiency and functioning of the device.
• Carefully read and follow the instructions included in the
CLEANING, SANITIZATION AND DISINFECTION section.
