Unit does not work.

Potential cause
Seat unit is not switched
on (LED is not illuminated).
Seat unit is in standby
mode (LED is red).
Malfunction.
The batteries are low.
Remote control is not
connected to the product.
No batteries inserted.
Remote control is defect.
Spray wand moves back
and forward again after
self-cleaning is complete.
Water spray intensity has
been set to low.
Water supply defect.
The water filter is
clogged.
Function stops
automatically after 2 min.
Seat sensor has lost
contact.
Solution
> Activate
SensoWash .
®
> Switch SensoWash
on.
> Close the main valve
for the water supply.
> Disconnect the
power supply.
> Contact
help@duravit.com.
> Change the
batteries.
> Contact
help@duravit.com.
> Insert batteries.
> Contact
help@duravit.com.
This is normal.
> Adjust water spray
intensity to medium
or high.
> Contact
help@duravit.com.
> Clean the water
filter.
> Adjust water
temperature.
This is normal.
> Sit down and select
the function again.
