Potential cause
The spray nozzle is
clogged.
Seat sensor has lost

Seat sensor is dirty or wet. > Clean the surface.
User was not seated
while using toilet.
User sat on seat for less
than 6 sec.
Seat heating is switched
off.
Product is in energy saving
mode (orange LED).
Solution
> Clean the spray
nozzle.
> Sit down and select
the function again.
This is normal. Water
takes approx. 25 sec. to
refill.
> Open the stop valve.
> Pour a bucket of
water 8 l (2 gal.) into
the toilet.
> Add more water if
the water level is too
low.
> Contact

> Activate Auto-Flush.
> Auto flush only
works when the user
is seated.
> Sit on the seat for
more than 6 sec.
> Activate seat
heating.
> Adjust seat heating
temperature.
This is normal.
> Switch off energy
saving mode to heat
seat.
