Cylinder content and time remaining indication
This gives an estimate of the amount of time remaining before the cylinder runs out, based on
the currently detected flow rate.
•
Cylinder gas content is indicated in standard litres shown as LTR
•
If the valve setting is changed the actual gas flow changes immediately and the icon B3 starts
to blink, but the amount of time remaining indicated on the LCD display can take up to a few
minutes before it settles to the correct value.
•
If the display shows "--:--" (without the Alert icon being displayed) then it indicates a system
fault.
•
In case of long product storage without any movement, the electronic display unit can turn to
sleep mode. In this case the system can be waken up by movement or short shaking.
B1.
Cylinder gas content in standard litres
•
If cylinder is not in use or the flow calculation is not determining the actual flow rate the
cylinder content is indicated in standard gas litre volume.
B2.
Cylinder gas content remaining time at actual identified flow rate
•
If cylinder is in use and the flow calculation determining the actual flow rate the cylinder
content is then indicated as a remaining time based on the actual flow rate.
B3.
Ongoing calculation
•
If content change is identified the L/MIN starts to blink indicating the ongoing calculation
process. The result is then indicated as a remaining time.
C.
Bluetooth Active
When displayed, this icon indicates that the Bluetooth connection is active. In the current
version of the E-Indicator this is currently reserved for use by the Manufacturer during service
operations.
D.
Expiry Icon
When displayed, this icon indicates that the expiry date for the cylinder is within 3 months.
This is currently reserved for use by the Manufacturer during service operations.
E.
Warning Indicator
If this icon is displayed, it indicates that a leak has been detected whilst in storage mode.
This indicates a loss of content in the cylinder by 10% or more over 24 hours. This is currently
reserved for use by the Manufacturer during service operations.
In addition this symbol appears when content sensor is not connected or gives a faulty signal.

Refer to section 6.1.5, "Alerts" for information on the meaning of this icon.
G.
Battery icon
The unit's battery life will vary depending upon use profile. Battery life is expected to be not
less than 15 months.
The battery icon will not be shown on the display unless there is 4 months, or less, of battery
life remaining.
If the battery icon is showing and all three internal segments are visible. The battery has an
estimated remaining life of between 3 and 4 months .
If the battery icon is showing and two internal segments are visible. The battery has an estimated
remaining life of between 2 and 3 months
If the battery icon is showing and only one internal segments is visible. The battery has an
estimated remaining life of between 1 and 2 months .
If the battery icon is showing and there are no internal segments visible - only the battery outline
can be seen. The battery has a estimated remaining life of 1 month or less .
