When extracting dust that exceeds the
limit value, only extract from one dust
source (power or compressed-air tool).
Observe the following when extracting dust
generated by operating power tools:
Ensure there is adequate ventilation! Observe
regional regulations!
Limit values: Exhaust air max. 50% of the fresh
air volume

Please note the following after the work:
► Switch off the dust extractor and pull out
the mains plug.
► Wind up the mains power cable.
► Empty the dirt trap.
► Place suction hose [1-3] and mains power
cable in storage box.
► Clean inside and outside of dust extractor
by applying vacuum and wipe.
► Place the dust extractor in a dry room inac­
cessible to unauthorised users.

WARNING
Risk of injury, electric shock
► Always pull the mains plug from the socket
before performing any servicing and main­
tenance work.
► All maintenance and repair work which re­
quires the motor housing to be opened
should always be carried out by an author­
ised service workshop.

► Regularly replace the filter bag and clean
the container and seals.

Observe the following information:
Dust-related inspection (e.g. for filter dam­
age, tightness of the machine and function
of the control devices) by the manufacturer
or an instructed person at least once a
year.
Dispose of components that cannot be
cleaned. Use impermeable bags to do so.
Observe the applicable disposal provisions!

Changing the filter bag
► Open dust extractor with T-Loc [6]. Atten­
tion: Risk of tilting!
► Changing the filter bag:
▷ Remove filter bag [7].
▷ Insert a filter bag [8].
► Close dust extractor with T-Loc.

Changing the filter element [9]
NOTICE
Motor damage
► Never operate the extractor without a filter
element fitted as the motor may become
damaged.
► Open dust extractor with T-Loc [6]. Atten­
tion: Risk of tilting!
► Unlock and fold down lever.
► Remove container upwards.
► Remove used filter element and replace
with a new one.
► Dispose of the used filter element in ac­
cordance with statutory regulations.
► Clean container and seals.
► Insert container. Fold up and lock lever.
► Close dust extractor with T-Loc.

Flow noise during dust extraction
Automatic bypass: A valve opens that supplies
the turbine with cooling air:
Cause
Blocked filter element, filter bag
full or blocked suction hose
Solution Empty container, replace or clean
filter element, replace filter bag,
check suction hose for blockage
and remove, if necessary
