Our shredders are made to shred a variety of debris
and products resulting from vegetal material used
to make compost.
The material is introduced into the feed funnel to
be shredded.
This process removes the fibers from the material,
which allows a quick composting of the organic
material.
Attention!
The side funnel shall be secured to the
machine before operation.
There are 4 versions of the equipment:
TR 500
Without motor
This model is sold without a motor, but its base
allows the fixing of electric motors, gasoline and
diesel.
TR 500E
Electric motor driven
Shredder model TR 500E leaves factory equipped
with a 12.5 or 15 cv electrical motor.
TR 500G
Gasoline motor driven
The shredder model TR 500G is equipped with
a 13.5 or 16 HP motor (motor Briggs & Stratton)
or 15 HP (motor TRAPP / LIFAN) (16 HP motor
accompanied by a battery of 30 AH 12 V, due to be
equipped with electric start).
Checking battery
Remove the two screws (1) with 7/16 spanner, and
remove the battery mounting bracket (2), remove
the battery (3), by the handle, on top of a work
bench locate the battery screen that is on the Top of
the battery to see if it charged, the screen has three
colors that are:
Green: density Ok, (charged).


General Information



In order to recharge the battery, due attention must
be taken to obtain a longer life of the battery, it must
always be charged at a slow charge according to the
orientation contained in the battery manual.
White: low density, (requires charge).
Red: low electrolyte level (over charge, battery must
be replaced).
Note:
When replacing battery on the base, make

sure to properly connect cables.
Red cable: (+) Positive
O
Black cable: (-) Negative
O
Attention!
If equipment is not used for more than

30 (thirty) days, you may run out of
battery.
To prevent corrosion and loss of power

during long storage, disconnect battery
cables.
Disconnected cables must not get in

touch with battery terminals.
Attention!
Before operating the organic shredder, it
is advisable to read the motor instructions
manual.
