Size of the shredded material
By removing or placing rods, individually, the
material can be shredded either thicker or thinner
according to your needs. For thicker shredding,
remove a second rod. For yet thicker shredding,
more rods can be removed. This option applies
only to use the lower outlet with the upper outlet
nozzle closed.
Upper outlet
To use the upper outlet, remove the closing plate
(3). The corner (4) is then reassembled on its place.
The tilting plate (2) needs to be turned upwards and
the upper square rod (1) needs to be reinserted.
The lower outlet remains closed. The upper outlet
can be rotated according to your needs. To do that,
loosen the 4 screws that are secured to the closing
part of the upper outlet (do not remove the screws),
as shown in the figure. The outlet body can be
turned to the position you wish, and the 4 screws
shall then be retightened (Fig. 2).

General indications
The organic matter shall not be humid - it will block
the outlet.
The expelled material must be constantly controlled,
to avoid possible obstruction of the outlet nozzle.
When obstruction of the outlet nozzle occurs, turn off
the equipment immediately and with the equipment
turned off unblock the nozzle to continue the work.
The same applies to the lower exit.
Attention!
The motor may burn should an excessive
amount of material be introduced in the
shredder feed funnel. Perform controlled
feeding, observing the rotation of the
motor, if the rotation decreases when
introducing material, reduce the feeding.
Note:
The feed lever below the upper funnel
serves to relieve accumulation of residual
material inside the upper funnel. To do this, the
feed lever must be pushed towards the funnel
and then returned.
Attaching to tractor (TR 500T)
Carefully read Operator's Manual, tractor and
cardan instructions manuals. Shredder TR 500T
has been manufactured to be coupled to a tractor
equipped with a hydraulic lift of three universal
connecting points, as shown below.
Before connecting the equipment to the tractor,
place both on flat ground and make sure nobody
stands between them.
Slowly approach the shredder for the hydraulic arm
of the tractor, first connect the lower arms and then
hook on the upper point. The shredder is equipped
with fixing bolts for tractor category I.
Make sure pins are secured to the corresponding
safety lock.
Block the hydraulic arms of the respective current or
anti-vibration clamps.
