TR 500E / TR 500G
1. Loosen the motor fixing screws and nuts (1),
positioned on the base (2), so that the belts are
with the desired clearance, as shown in Figure 5.

Fig. 5
2. With the adjustment made, tighten the motor
fixing screws and nuts (1) always observing the
motor alignment, where the motor base must be
parallel with the machine base (2), also observing
the alignment of the motor pulleys with the
disc pulley. To check this alignment, a ruler or
something that serves as a ruler can be used,
where the two pulleys will be compared, touching
the ruler across the face of the motor pulley and
the other end of the ruler must be touching the
face of the disc pulley. The alignment will be
correct when the two ends of the ruler touching
the pulley faces evenly.
After use, clean the equipment residues.
In shredders with PTO 500T it is necessary to check
before use, if the 3 fixing points are blocked and if
the cardan shaft is fixed on the 2 tips of the TDP.
The equipment shall be on, with power outlet
disconnected from power supply, when servicing or
cleaning the shredder.
