DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS

ALARMS ICON BLAST CHILL ICON
CHG/DEF KEY
ON/SBY/ENTER KEY
DOWN KEY UP KEY
ON/SBY/ENTER key
With the machine in Stand-by, pushed [the display shows Sby], the controller
turns on (machine at rest). The temperature measured by the chamber probe
is visualised.
With machine at rest, pushed, starts or stops the cycle running.
With machine at rest, pushed for more than 3 seconds, puts the device in
Stand-by.
With the machine running, pushed, ends the blast chiller/conservation cycle.
UP and DOWN keys
These keys allow to increase or decrease the value of the parameter to be
changed.
With machine at rest, pushed for 4 seconds, allows the entrance of the
parameter configuration.
With machine at rest, with "UP" pushed, a blast chill cycle may be selected.
Tasto CHG/DEF
With machine at rest, pushed for more than 3 seconds, activates a manual
defrost phase.
Pushed during the running of a cycle allows commutation from reading
residual cycle time to that of chamber probe.
BLAST CHILL ICON
