1 - Turn the knob clockwise (pos. 3) to turn the
burner off. The pilot light will remain on to allow
the burner to be re-lit.
If the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy pe-
riod, proceed as follows.
1 - Turn off the gas supply tap.
2 - Cut off the mains electricity supply using the ap-
pliance's master switch.
3 - Clean the appliance and the surrounding areas
thoroughly.
To ensure correct use of the appliance, the follow-
ing rules should be adopted.
– Use only the accessories recommended by the
constructor.
– Take care not to scratch or chip the surface
of the plate, to ensure maintenance of its
characteristics and hygienic cooking.
– Take care not to pour water onto the griddle
when hot, since the temperature difference
might damage the surface of the cooking
plate.
– Check that the oven bottom plate is positioned
correctly.

Keep the appliance at peak efficiency by carrying

mended by the constructor. Proper servicing will al-
low the best performance, a longer working life and
constant maintenance of safety requirements.
