and the proper function of the boat seat or mounted parts can no longer be guaranteed.
Worn parts such as rollers, absorbers and the fixation of the boat seat must be checked

from time to time.
Before driving, check whether all selected seat adjustments allow safe operation of

the boat.

Warranty and liability

Do not try to repair the boat seat by yourself in the case of any faults. In such a case, all

guarantees and liabilities will expire!
Let all maintenance and repair work be done by the qualified customer service.
GRAMMER AG does not assume any warranty or liability for damage resulting from

improper installation, use or repair.
Details on the liabilities assumed by GRAMMER AG are stated in the contractual

documents (see invoice or delivery note). Claims against GRAMMER AG beyond the
liabilities described there are excluded.
As an inevitable matter of fact, GRAMMER AG cannot evaluate all situations and

consequences that may bear a risk of injury for the persons involved in the described
work procedures. For this reason it is absolutely necessary that every person who carries
out installation work at a boat uses his/her professional knowledge to make sure that
his/her own safety will not be put at risk and that the selected type of installation will not
cause any negative effects, in particular with regard to technical safety.
For this reason, Grammer AG disclaims liability for any possible damage of this kind.
