Parking brake functioning (see illustrations 19 - 20)
• The VINTAGE 2, has a parking brake system. This is situated on the upper right-hand side of
the handlebar and it is activated by pressing the lever downwards until it clicks indicating that the
brake is on.(fig. 19).
• To unblock it, press the lower button and the brake is automatically released (fig. 20).
Safety harness (see illustrations 21 - 22)
• Put the VINTAGE 2 parking brake on.
• Check that the safety harness is open before placing the child in the pushchair (fig. 21).
• Sit the child in the pushchair, adjusting the height of the harness chest straps to his size.
• Fasten all components of the fastening buckle: Chest straps, abdominal belt and crotch strap
(fig.22).
• Lastly, adjust the harness belts to the child's size.
Fitting the armrest (see illustrations 23 - 24)
• Insert the ends of the armrest into the front slots of the pushchair (fig. 23).
• To remove the armrest, press the buttons on the lower part and pull the armrest upwards
(fig.24).

• Put the VINTAGE 2 brake on.
• To use the pushchair with the seat facing backwards, press the buttons on both sides, a red signal
will appear in the window, then pull it upwards (fig. 25).
• Fit the seat into position and make sure the green signal appears in the window, this indicates that
it is correctly fastened (fig. 26 - 27).
Fitting the Prima, Playmoon, Mako, Baby zero Plus, carry cot Metropol (see illustration 28)
• Put the VINTAGE 2 parking brake on.
• Place the Prima, Playmoon, Mako, Baby zero Plus or carry cot Metropol on the pushchair
facing backwards, line the connectors up with the slots, press downwards until it clicks indicating
that it is fastened, (fig. 28) and a green signal appears in the side window of the couplings.

• Press and then release the red button on both couplings (fig. 29) (the red signal will appear in the
window) and pull upwards to release it from the chassis.
