To check the current battery charge status, press the button on the activity sensor.
Generally a full battery charge requires about 3 hours. When the rechargeable battery
is fully charged, the display shows the full battery symbol.
When fully charged, the rechargeable battery lasts approximately 7 days )with a heart
rate measurement of one hour per day). The life of the rechargeable battery varies
according to the lower or higher heartbeat measurement frequency.
Charge the rechargeable battery regularly to allow constant data recording.
WARNING
DO NOT charge the activity sensor if the two charging contacts on the back of the de-
vice are wet. If necessary, gently dab the two charging contacts with a dry cloth. When
a rechargeable battery is worn out, wear protective gloves and dispose of the device.
2. Wearing Medel CARDIO WATCH:
• Apply the activity sensor on the left wrist if you are right-handed or on the right
wrist if you are left-handed.
• Apply the activity sensor on the wrist about 3-8 cm above the carpal bone.
• Make sure that the back of the light sensor is correctly in contact with the skin.
The device must be tightened in such a way as to ensure that there is no light
scattering of the sensor to ensure correct reading of heartbeats.
