5. DATA TRANSMISSION TO THE SMARTPHONE
To transmit the recorded data from the activity sensor to the "Medel Health Check"
app proceed as follows:
Enable the Bluetooth® on your smartphone.
2. Open the "Medel Health Check" app.
3. Connect the MEDEL CARDIO WATCH activity sensor to the app. Data is transmitted
automatically to the smartphone.
6. CLEANING
Clean the activity sensor regularly with a damp cloth. Remove residues of skin and
impurities from the strap and in particular from the plastic surfaces on the inside of
the strap to avoid damage to materials. Also pay attention to the cleaning of the in-
ternal sensor for heartbeat detection, especially when using creams and/or cosmetics
on the skin.

How is the activity sensor applied correctly?
Apply the activity sensor on the left wrist if you are right-handed or on the right wrist if
you are left-handed. Thread one end of the strap through the opening of the other end.
