Data transmission to the smartphone does not work.
This can be due to several causes:
• Check if the smartphone/tablet is compatible with the "Medel Health Check" app.
• The activity sensor is in "Sleep mode". To exit the "Sleep mode", press and hold the
button for 3 seconds.
Appears on the sensor display.
• The Bluetooth® has not been enabled on the smartphone. Enable the Bluetooth® in
your smartphone settings.
• The activity sensor's rechargeable battery is low. If the activity sensor does not turn
on, charge it with the supplied USB charging cable.
• Make sure you use the correct app. Data transmission is only possible with the "Medel
Health Check" app.
• The activity sensor is connected to another smartphone. Interrupt the connection
before connecting the activity sensor with another smartphone.
• iPhone: if you use an iPhone and the Bluetooth® connection is no longer established,
interrupt the Bluetooth® connection first in the "Medel Health Check" app. Finally
access the iPhone settings related to Bluetooth® and delete Medel CW from the list
of Bluetooth® devices connected. Now connect Medel CW again in the "Medel Health
Check" app via Bluetooth®.
• Android
: if you use an AndroidTM smartphone and the Bluetooth® connection is
TM
no longer established, remove the Bluetooth® connection in the "Medel Health Check"
app and finally connect Medel CW again.
