4.14 Heart rate

The activity sensor is provided with an optical sensor that measures the heart rate
in real time. Heart rate measurement is only possible if the activity sensor is NOT in
sleep mode.
1. To start measuring the heart rate, press the button until the display does not show

the activity sensor starts detecting the heart rate. As soon as the activity sensor has
