faults
When there is an operating fault, the flame symbol
the display and a flashing code will be shown along with the
icons (simultaneously or otherwise).
For a description of the faults, refer to the table below.

The temporary visualisation of alarm code 21 during the initial ignition phase (with a flame present) does not indicate a fault. If the alarm remains
however, refer to the table above.
(D) Definitive.
(T) Temporary. In this operating status, the boiler attempts to resolve the fault situation autonomously.
(°) See the NOTE on the next page.
(*) If these two errors arise, check the pressure shown on the hydrometer.
If the pressure is insufficient (< 0.4 bar - red field), perform the filling operations described in the "Filling and draining the systems" chapter.
If the system pressure is sufficient (> 0.6 bar - light blue field), the fault is due to a lack of circulating water. Contact the Technical Assistance Service.
(-) Contact the Technical Assistance Service.
Resetting the faults
Wait about 10 seconds before resetting normal operating conditions,
then proceed as follows:
1) Visualisation of the
The appearance of the

(temporary stop).
If the boiler does not resume normal operation, the display will show one
of the following three possibilities:
mode A (fig.22)
Disappearance of the
, appearance of the
ent alarm code.
In this case, proceed as described in point 2.
mode b (fig.23)

different alarm code.
In this case, proceed as described in point 3.
mode c
Together with the
, alarm code 91 will appear.
The intervention of the Technical Assistance Service is required.
2) Visualisation of the icon only
Press the
key to restore operation. If the boiler ignites and resumes
normal operation, the stop can be attributed to a random situation.
If the shutdown reoccurs however, you should contact the Technical
Assistance Service.
