INTERCONNECTIONS

The following figure shows the DRYVAR 150 interconnections.

Connection A (P1) - Vent

This is a dedicated 24 Vdc connector to control the
optional vent valve.

Connection B (P2) - +24 Vdc Power Supply

This is a 24 Vdc connector to supply an external
device (Imax = 100 mA).

Connection C (P3) - IN-OUT

This connector carries all the input and output sig-
nals to remote control the DRYVAR 150.
The available signals are the following:
− START: input signal to start or stop the pump.
With the supplied cover connector the START
signal is connected to COMMON: the pump
automatically starts as soon as the controller
recognizes the input supply.
− INTERLOCK: input signal to control the pump
rotation. The interlock signal must be closed to
start the pump.
− OUTPUT SET-POINT: output signal. The con-
troller sends a +24 Vdc, 40 mA signal when the
frequency of the output to the pump reaches
the 1000 Hz (with a range from 980 to 1020
Hz): when the frequency is less than 1019 Hz
the output signal is at 0 Vdc, when the fre-
quency is 1020 Hz the output signal is 24 Vdc
and remains until the frequency is above 980
Hz, when the frequency is less than 980 Hz the
output signal is 0 Vdc.
