5. MANAGEMENT:
5.1 Storage:
The equipment has to be stored in a covered dry place and preferably with constant air humidity, no vibration or dust. It is sold with
its original packaging and must remain so until it is installed, with the intake and supply vents closed by the supplied adhesive disc
in this series.
After a long periods of storage or if the equipment is stored after a certain cycle of operation, maintenance is achieved with the help
of antioxidant products sold in stores, applied only to parts made of low alloy material, such as GG-25 cast, GGG-40 which have been
wet with the pumped liquid.
5.2 Transportation:
Ensure that the devices do not suffer unnecessary hits or shocks. To lift and move the unit use elevators with the supplied pallet in
the series (if provided). Use proper ropes made of vegetable or synthetic fiber, provided that the piece can be attached easily.
6. WARNINGS.
6.1 Specialized Personnel.
It is desirable that the installment is carried out by qualified and competent personnel, which fulfill
the technical prerequisites needed by the specific regulations for the matter at hand.
By qualified personnel, we intend those people whom through their training, experience and expertise, as well as
their understanding of the related rules and regulations and the measures taken to prevent accidents and the conditions of service,
are held responsible for the safety of the installation by performing any activity required to recognize and avoid danger. (IEC 364

6.2 Safety
The use is permitted only if the wiring complies with the security measures imposed by the regulations of the country where the
product is installed.
6.3 Motor / Pump axis rotation control.
Before installing the equipment, it is advisable to check the free movement of the pump's and/or the
engine's axis. To carry out the control, the coupling of the pump or fan can be removed after detaching the
coupling-cover or the lid fan. Once the checking is finished, mount the protection again in its original position.
Do not force the axis or the motor's fan with tweezers or other tools and devices in order to unblock the pump,
try to determine the cause of the blockage.
6.4 New installations.
Before starting the new installations, it is necessary to clean the valves, tubes, deposits and junctions with a lot of care. It often
happens that welding chips, pieces of oxide and other impurities are loosening off the solid after a certain amount of time.
