6. Regular the handwheel (6) so that the body motor (1) has a goal run corrected:
under the body motor (1) is present a goal run that beats against the
handwheel (6), the run of the body motor (1) it has to be such that when the
grindstone arrives to sharpen the tooth we are not us to stop the body motor (1)
but the grapevine of the handwheel (6) it has to beat against the goal run Fig. 6.
7. Perform 3 or 4 movements to void for verify that the chain advances in the
correct way, if everything works without obstacles to this point you are ready for
sharpen the chain.
8. During the proofs above, to the point 7, make sure the block of the chain during
the sharpening: under the chain-stop (13) it is present a tongue that allows to
stop the chain during the phase of sharpening, this tongue could be regulated
through a grapevine, if necessary register the grapevine so that the chain it is
jammed during the sharpening and released the phase of return of the body-
motor (1) in initial position Fig. 8
9. If you use of the chains with short footstep you could regulate the run of the
block of the chain-stop (13) with the knob of the Fig. 9, screwing it or
unscrewing it you will have a longer or shorter run.
GRINDING
Attention! For avoid of damage the teeth of the chain don't force the
sharpening too removing only least quantity of material and don't stay too
on the same tooth.
Attention! Always wear protective goggles during all the grinding
procedure.
1) Grasp the body motor (1), press the red button for start the motor and
approach the grindstone to the tooth and perform the sharpening. Bring again
the body motor (1) then in initial position and restart with the second tooth.
Perform this procedure for all the teeth that correspond to the mailed inclination.
2) At the end of the sharpening bring again the body motor (1) in original position
release the button and wait that the abrasive grindstone stops rotating.
3) Now you must sharpen all the teeth turned in the other verse, for behaviour this
must decontrol the knob (9), rotate the chain-carrier (3) like from Fig. 7 of the
same angle but opposite to the first sharpening, re-screw well the Knob (9).
Position the first tooth of the new sharpening against the chain-stop (13).
Restart the sharpening like suitable in the point <1>. Repeat the operation until
all the teeth will be sharp. Stop the machine, wait that the abrasive grindstone
stops rotating and remove the chain from the chain-carrier (3) as that the chain
could be climb on again on the bar of the chainsaw.
GRINDING OF THE CHAIN DEPTH LIMITING
If the chain has been ground more than once, the chain depth limiting gauge
might be too high with respect to the tooth and prevent the tooth to cut correctly.
Lower the depth gauge by using a flat file Fig. 10 or an appropriate grinding (not
supplied).

La garantie de I'affuteuse est valable 24 mois à partir de la date de vente, la date
indiquée sur le bon de livraison, sur la fiche de caisse ou sur la facture d'achat (à
présenter au moment de demande de réparation) faisant foi. La garantie ne peut
couvrir que les défauts des matériels d'assemblage ainsi que d'usinage. La
susdite garantie déchoit complétement si :
1) I'affuteuse a été manipulée;
2) I'affuteuse n'a pas été utilisée d'après les indications de ce manuel
d'instructions
3) I'affuteuse a été équipée par des pièces detachées, meules non d'origine et/ou
non autorisées par ce livret
4) I'affuteuse a été branchée à un voltage différent par rapport à celui indiqué sur
la plaquette d'identification ou à des installations électriques non conformes.
SECURITE'
L'affuteuse ne peut etre utilisée que par des personnes adultes qui:
1) Ont lu attentivement ce manuel et qui connaissent parfaitement les instructions
nécessaires au bon Fonctionnement de la machine.
2) Eviter d'installer et de laisser I'affuteuse à la portée des enfants ou des
personnes qui n'en connaissent pas la correcte utilisation.
3) L'affuteuse doit impérativement etre utilisée par des personnes en bonnes
conditions physiques, bien conscientes de ce qu'elles sont en train de faire.
4) Avant de brancher la machine, mettre des lunettes de protection.
5) Ne pas éliminer les dispositifs de sécurité, tels que la protection de la meule, ni
modifier des parties de la machine.
6) Effectuer toute opération de mise au point, ainsi que de montage et
demontage de la meule lorsque la machine n'est pas en fonctionnement et la
fiche n'est pas branchée.
7) Controler toujours d'utiliser des cables ainsi que des prises électriques en bon
état et conformes aux normes. Le branchement doit etre effectué après avoir
controlé que les personnes, les machines ainsi que les équipements présents
ne pourront pas I'endommager, en provoquant des situations dangereuses.
8) Ne pas demarrer I'affuteuse si le cable de branchement n'est pas en bon état;
debrancher immédiatement et attentivement le cable (sans venir en contact
directement ou indirectement avec I'électricité) et effectuer la réparation et/ou le
remplacement du cable exclusivement par un centre de service après vente
autorisé et compétent.
9) Vérifier que le cable d'alimentation reste eloigné du rayon d'affutage et dans la
meme zone de travail on doit éviter d'avoir d'autres cables électriques.
10) Installer I'affuteuse sur un plan de travail (voir instructions de montage) dans
une position pratique pour I'opérateur, de facon que la vue de I'endroit
d'affutage soit sans encombrement et que la fixation sur le table soit sure et
fixe.
11) Dans I'endroit de travail on ne doit avoir ni des outils ni des objets différents
et on doit etre loin de toute matière infiammable. Pendant I'affutage la meule
produit des étincelles qui pourraient provoquer des incendies ou des
explosions.
12) Eviter de positionner I'affuteuse à la meme hauteur que les yeux de
I'opérateur. Le point de vue du coté où I'on effectue I'affutage doit etre de
I'haut au bas.
13) L'affuteuse doit etre toujours propre et sèche, surtout dans la poignée
14) Avant de commencer I'affutage, éloigner de I'endroit de travail tout le
personnel qui n'est pas strictement indispensable, qui pourrait gener Votre
travail, qui n'est pas protégé par des lunettes, qui ne connait pas
parfaitement I'utilisation de la machine.
