031954 MONTAGEANLEITUNG
Achtung: eine Steckdose mit Seitenausgang benützen
1.
Die Haltestange auspacken und den Inhalt mit Hilfe des Teileverzeichnisses prüfen.
Im Bereich der Befestigungspunkte den Unterbodenschutz entfernen.
2. Das Reserverad entfernen.
3. Den Stoßfänger demontieren:
An der Hinterseite des Autos 2 Kunststoffklipse entfernen.
3 Kunststoffklipse in beiden Radschutzkästen entfernen.
An der Unterseite des Stoßfängers 3 Kunststoffklipse entfernen.
Das Nummernschild und die 2 darunter befindlichen Schrauben entfernen.
4. Die Abschleppöse gemaß Detail 1 entfernen.
5. Von der Untenseite des Fahrzeuges aus, mit einem ø11mm Bohrer an den Löchern „A"
im Kofferraum bohren.
6. Von der Untenseite des Fahrzeuges aus, mit einem ø11mm Bohrer an den Löchern „B"
durch die beiden Platten im Kofferraum bohren.
7. Nur durch die erste Platte, die Löcher „B" mit einem ø18mm Bohrer von der Untenseite
des Fahrzeuges aus vergrößern.
8. Die Haltestange montieren:
- an den Löchern „A" mit 2 Schrauben M10x80, Distanzbüchsen „2", Platten „3",
Unterlegscheiben, Federringen und Muttern
- an den Löchern „B" mit 2 Schrauben M10x80, Distanzbüchsen „4", Platten „5",
Unterlegscheibe, Federringen und Muttern
- an der Abschleppöse, am Loch „C", mit 1 Schraube M10x100(10.9), Distanzbüchsen
„6", Karosseriescheiben, Platten „7", Unterlegscheiben, Federring und Mutter.
Die Haltestange festziehen. Handhaben Sie hierbei die Anzugsmomente gemäß
Seite 2.
9. Den mitgelieferten Elektrosatz montieren.
10. Die Steckdosenhalteplatte gemaß Detail 2 montieren.
11. Gehäuse "8" und die Steckdosenhalteplatte,
Loch "D", mit 2 Schrauben M10x100(10,9), und selbstsichernden Muttern montieren.
Handhaben Sie hierbei die Anzugsmomente gemäß Seite 2.
12. Den Adapter „9" entsprechend Seite 3 an den Fahrradhalter montieren.
Die Nutzung des Produktes ist dem beiliegenden Benutzerhandbuch zu entnehmen.
13. Alle in Punkt 2 und 3 entfernten Teile wieder montieren.

031954 FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
Attention: use socket plate with side exit
1.
Unpack the support bar and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary,
remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment/frame
members.
2. Remove the spare wheel.
3. Dismount the bumper:
Remove 2 synthetic clips at the rear side of the car.
Remove 3 synthetic clips in the RH and LH wheel arches.
Remove 3 synthetic clips at the under side of the car.
Remove the registration plate and the 2 screws underneath.
4. Remove the towing ring according to detail 1.
5. Drill ø11mm holes at holes "A" from the bottom of the car to the boot.
6. Drill ø11mm holes at holes "B" from the bottom of the car through both plates in the
boot.
7. Enlarge from the bottom of the car, only through the first plate, the holes "B" to ø18mm,
8. Mount the support bar:
- at the holes "A" using 2 M10x80 bolts, distance tubes "2", plates "3", plain washers,
spring washers and nuts
- at the holes "B" using 2 M10x80 bolts, distance tubes "4", plates "5", plain washer,
spring washers and nuts
- at the towing ring, at hole "C", using 1 M10x100(10.9) bolt, distance tubes "6", large
washers, spacers "7", plain washers, spring washer and nut
Attach the support bar. Use the tightening tolerances as shown on page 2.
9. Mount the provided wiringkit.
10. Mount the socketplate according detail 2.
11. Mount support "8" and socketplate, including 1 plain washer, at hole "D" using 2
M10x100(10.9) bolts and locknuts. Use the tightening tolerances as shown on page 2.
12. Mount interface "9" at the bicycle carrier according page 3.
Consult the enclosed user manuals for the use of this product.
13. Replace all removed parts mentioned in point 2 and 3.
