FROM TIME TO TIME CHECK
YOUR INFANT CARRIER
AND BASE for worn parts, torn
material or stitching. If damage is
found, DO NOT try to modify the
car seat. Replace the car seat.
Infant carrier pad may be machi-
ne washed on delicate cycle and
drip-dried. NO BLEACH.
Infant carrier metal and plastic
parts may be cleaned by wiping
with a mild soap and water
solution. NO BLEACH.
Do not immerse the harness
straps in water. Doing so may
affect their strength. Dirty straps
should be spot cleaned or
replaced.

DISCONTINUE USING YOUR
INFANT CARRIER AND BASE

broken. Never use this seat after
it is involved in a vehicle crash.
Due to the effects of normal
wear-and-tear, changing vehicle
restraint systems, and European
standard revisions, we recom-
mend that this infant carrier and
base be replaced with a new
model after five years. Whenever
the infant carrier is replaced,
please dispose of the old one
properly so it will not be reused.
