• It is intended for the storage of fruit and vegetables.
The vegetable crisper and humidity control (not available on some
models)
• Mounted on a sliding extension, the crisper is designed to store vegetables and fruit.
Adjust the humidity using the sliding adjustment block.
• The sliding adjustment block on the crisper can be moved to cover or uncover the
ventilation holes. More ventilation means less moisture. Conversely, less ventilation
will lead to more moisture.
• We recommend increased humidity for vegetables and reduced humidity for fruit.
• To remove the crisper, pull it towards you and then lift it. Don't forget to take all the
food out first. Be sure to push the runners back in completely once the drawer has
been removed.
