Configuration

PLEASE NOTE
The cover is connected to the internal PC boards via the
operating voltage cable. It cannot therefore be removed
completely.
CAUTION
The components of the valve terminal contain elements
which are liable to damage by electrostatic charges. The
components can also be destroyed if the contact surfaces of
plug connectors are touched, or if the regulations for hand-
ling electrostatically vulnerable components are not observed.
Please observe the following when configuring:
1. Switch off the operating voltage.
2. Open node (screws are liable to be lost).
3. Set fieldbus address.
4. Set fieldbus baud rate.
5. Set fieldbus protocol.
6. Check compatibility with DeviceNet (as from field bus node
FB11 V2.0 of 26.02.99 or higher, see Electronics Manual,
order number 163 956 as from version 9902d).
7. Close node.
8. If the valve terminal to be connected is at the end of a
fieldbus line, a terminating resistor must be installed.
