PRODUCT REGISTRATION.
Vita-Mix Electrodomésticos, S. de R.L. de C.V ("Vitamix") strongly encourages you
to register your purchase. You can register by e-mailing service@vitamix.com, or by
calling our Customer Service Department at 01 800 436 0110. Failure to register your
product purchase will not diminish your warranty rights. However, the record of your
purchase will allow Vitamix to better serve you when anyone needs service. In case of
change of ownership of the machine during the period of five years, please update the
owner information of the machine via email, service@vitamix.com, or call our Customer
Service Department at 01 800 436 0110.

¿WHO CAN SEEK WARRANTY COVERAGE?
This warranty extends for Vitamix for the owner of this machine only for home use.

¿WHAT IS COVERED?
Failure within a period of 5 years from the date of purchase due to faulty materials,
workmanship or as a result of normal wear and normal household use, Vitamix will repair
your machine or machine components for free within a period of 30 days after receipt.
If, in Vitamix's sole discretion, the failed Machine or component part of the Machine
cannot be repaired, Vitamix will elect to either (A) replace the Machine free of charge
or (B) refund the full purchase price to the owner, unless Vitamix receives prior written
notice of the owner's preference.

¿WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This warranty does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect the performance of
the machine, such as discoloration or the effects caused by cleaning products or harsh
foods accumulation.
This warranty is only valid if the machine is used and maintained in accordance with the
instructions, warnings and warranties contained in the owner's manual. Vitamix will not
be liable for unauthorized repair costs under warranty.
