The boiler has already been factory adjusted by the manufacturer.
For LPG gas: the boiler has been regulated in I3B/P category (G30).
If you need to regulate in I3+ or I3P categories (G31) exclude
pressure regulator.
If a new adjustment is required, for example, after extraordinary
maintenance, replacing the gas valve or converting from natural
gas to LPG, proceed as follows.
Maximum and minimum power, minimum and maximum
heating, must be adjusted in the indicated sequence by
qualifi ed staff.
- Unscrew the lower cover fi xing screw (C, fi g. 3c)
- Pull the cover towards you and remove (A-B) (fi g. 4a)
- Loosen the two fi xing screws (D) and remove the shell (fi g. 3a)
- Lift up the panel and turn it forwards
- Loosen the pressure tap screw downline from the gas valve by
about two turns and connect the pressure gauge to it
- Carefully prise out the cap protecting the adjustment screws with
a screwdriver
- Disconnect the compensation inlet from the air distribution box
(MIX C.S.I. - MIX R.S.I., fi g. 76)

CALIBRATION & SERVICE operations must be performed with
the boiler in the OFF position. To do this, press the
until the display shows "- -" (fi g. 40 C.A.I. - MIX C.S.I.; fi g. 72
R.A.I. - MIX R.S.I.).
During parameter modifi cation operations, the "select functions"
button acts as an ENTER (confi rm) button, the
as an ESCAPE button. If no confi rmation is given within 10
seconds, the value is discarded and returns to the previously
set one.
Setting the password
Press and hold down the operating mode button and the
together for about 10 seconds. The display will look like fi g. 41
(C.A.I. -MIX C.S.I.) and fi g. 73 (R.A.I. - MIX R.S.I.).
Enter the password for accessing the parameter modifi cations
function by turning the domestic hot water temperature selector to
the required value.
The password is located on the back side of the control panel.
Confi rm by pressing ENTER.
Calibration phases
Turn the domestic hot water selector to sequentially scroll the
CALIBRATION & SERVICE phases:
- 1
gas type
- 2
boiler power (MIX C.S.I. - MIX R.S.I., parameter not used in
this phase)
- 10 domestic hot water mode (parameter not used in this phase)
- 3
insulation level of building (only if external sensor is con-
nected)
- 45 inclination of thermoregulation curve (OTC), only if external
sensor is connected)
- HH boiler at maximum power
- LL boiler at minimum power
- 23 maximum heating adjustment possibility
- 24 minimum heating adjustment possibility.
The parameters must be modifi ed, by professionally qua-
lifi ed personnel, only if absolutely necessary. The manu-
facturer refuses any responsibility in the case of incorrect
setting of the parameters.

(fi g. 43 C.A.I. - MIX C.S.I.; fi g. 75 R.A.I. - MIX R.S.I.)
- turn the domestic hot water temperature selector to change the
value (1 MTN - 2 LPG)
- press ENTER to confi rm the new value. The digits stop fl ashing.
MAXIMUM POWER ADJUSTMENT (P. HH)
- Turn the domestic hot water temperature selector till HH is shown
- Use a fork spanner CH10 to turn the maximum power to the value
indicated in the multigas table
- Wait for the pressure on the pressure gauge to stabilise at the
required value.
MINIMUM POWER ADJUSTMENT (P. LL)
- Turn the domestic hot water temperature selector till LL is shown
- Taking care not to press on the inner shaft, turn the red dome-
stic hot water minimum adjustment screw with a screwdriver
until the pressure gauge reads the value indicated in the multigas
table.
MAXIMUM HEATING ADJUSTMENT POSSIBILITY (P. 23)
C.A.I. - MIX C.S.I.: check that the pressure read on the pressure
gauge corresponds to that shown on the multigas table.
R.A.I. - MIX R.S.I.: check that the pressure read on the display is 255.
If it does not, carry out the adjustment operations described below:
- turn the domestic hot water temperature selector till 23 is shown.
Wait for the boiler to start
- press ENTER to access the parameter modifi cation function
- C.A.I. - MIX C.S.I.: turn the domestic hot water selector until the
pressure gauge corresponds to that indicated in the multigas table
- R.A.I. - MIX R.S.I.: turn the domestic hot water selector until the
value on the display is 255 (fi g. 77)
