using the device that could cause a fire or an
explosion.

fumes may be formed. Ensure there is a supply
of fresh air to the workstation.

During work you may be hit by red-hot metal
spatter. Always wear your personnel protective
equipment when working, e.g. safety goggles
and safety gloves.

Never pull on the cable. Always pull on the
mains plug. Hold the cable away from heat
sources and sharp edges. If you detect damage
to the cable, pull the mains plug out immedi-
ately.

Keep the device away from moisture and water.
If the device comes into contact with water,
switch it off immediately and pull out the mains
plug.

Ensure the devices is standing safely. Ensure
that the device does not tip or topple over if the
cable is pulled.
