14.2 Fault indications

In the event of a fault, an error code will appear in the display; it describes the cause of the
fault.
Error code
E01
Excessive temperature within cooking chamber
The overheating cut-out terminated the current program.
Press the Pause/Cancel button to acknowledge this fault.
The device can be re-activated after the cool down phase.
E02
Technical error
A technical error has occurred. Press the Pause/Cancel button to
acknowledge this fault. Please contact our Customer Service.
E03
Sensor fault
The device has detected an error on a sensor and has terminated the
current programme. Press the Pause/Cancel button to acknowledge this
fault.
► If error messages continue to appear after an extended waiting period and restarting the
device, then the device will need to be sent to Customer Service to be inspected.

14.3 Causes and rectification of faults

The following table assists in localizing and rectifying minor faults.
